1. About Us

This website, ldrstore.com, is operated under the trading name ldr Movement, ABN 54 992 427 474. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ldr Movement.

These terms apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes, restricts or changes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using Our Website

You must use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or infringe intellectual property rights.

3. Products and Descriptions

Our products are made to order through production partners in Australia and overseas.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information and availability. Please check the product description and size chart before ordering.

Product images may include digital mockups. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and print placement may vary slightly during production. These variations do not limit your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

All Over Print Tank Tops are printed and shipped from the USA. Athletic Shoes are shipped from China. Estimated delivery times for these products are provided in our Shipping Policy.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), with GST included where applicable.

Shipping charges and any applicable discounts are shown at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Orders and Information Errors

Please provide a correct email address, delivery address and payment information when ordering.

If an item becomes unavailable, or we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items, together with any shipping charges attributable to those items.

We may decline or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, it will be refunded.

6. Production, Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

Shipping costs and estimated production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates include production and shipping and vary by product and destination.

Orders containing products from different production facilities may arrive in separate parcels, with no additional shipping charge.

Delivery dates are estimates. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees.

8. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including selecting the wrong size or colour, when the product supplied matches your order and the product description.

This does not apply where we supply an incorrect item, provide inaccurate product information or supply goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

9. Australian Consumer Rights

Products purchased from us are covered by Australian Consumer Law.

For a major product failure, you may choose a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Further rights may apply if the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

These rights apply to made-to-order products and sale items. They are not restricted by our production partners’ policies or by anything in these terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and handle personal information when you visit our website or place an order.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and original designs belong to ldr Movement or their respective rights holders.

You must not copy, reproduce or commercially use this material without permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Updated terms apply to purchases made after publication and do not retrospectively change the terms of existing orders.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania and applicable Australian law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights to seek assistance from relevant courts, tribunals or consumer authorities.
