Returns and Product Issues

For faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed items, please email contact@ldrstore.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Our business address is not the return address for every product.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including selecting the wrong size, colour or design, when the item supplied matches your order and its advertised description. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Tracking and Shipping

Tracking information is emailed when your items are dispatched. Products shipped from different facilities may arrive in separate parcels, with no additional shipping charge.
