Our Commitment to You
At ldr Movement, every product is made to order and printed on demand. This process helps reduce waste and overproduction. We stand by the quality of our products and outline our returns and refunds policy below. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Process: To report an issue, email contact@ldrstore.com with your order number, a clear photo showing the issue, and a short description.
- Costs: If approved, ldr Movement will cover all costs associated with the replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if a return is required.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your ldr Movement gear. Because our products are printed specifically for you, we handle "Change of Mind" (including wrong size or color selection) as follows:
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee ($0.00).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Refund Amount: We refund the full product price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
