Shipping Policy

ldr Movement products are made to order. We work with production partners in Australia and overseas and currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

Shipping Rates

All shipping charges are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Orders below $125 AUD: $12 AUD shipping.

  • Orders of $125 AUD or more: Free shipping.

The free shipping threshold applies to your product subtotal after discounts. One shipping charge applies per order, including orders containing products from different production facilities.

Production and Delivery Estimates

The following estimates include both production and shipping.

Apparel printed and shipped from Australia

Estimated delivery is:

  • 5 to 12 business days to most metropolitan areas.

  • 5 to 15 business days to non-metropolitan areas.

We use Australia Post Express Post for these products. Express postage applies after production and does not mean immediate dispatch. Hoodies, sweatshirts and products printed on both sides may require an additional 1 to 3 business days for production.

All Over Print Tank Tops

These products are printed and shipped from the USA. Estimated delivery to Australia is 19 to 20 business days.

 

Athletic Shoes

Our athletic shoes are made to order and shipped from China through our production partner.

Estimated delivery to Australia is 19 to 24 business days.

Delivery times include production and international shipping and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Tracking and Separate Shipments

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your items are dispatched.

Products made at different facilities may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. We provide tracking information for each parcel, with no additional shipping charge for separate shipments.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), with GST included where applicable. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at contact@ldrstore.com. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun or an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged, email contact@ldrstore.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged items, please include photographs where possible.

We will investigate with our production partner or carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our products are made to order. Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
