Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does ldr. stand for?

ldr. stands for “long distance relationship” and “leader.” Our brand is about leading with heart, whether you're navigating distance, growing stronger, or simply showing up for yourself and others each day.

2. Where do your products ship from?

Our products are made to order through production partners in Australia and overseas.

Our Australian apparel is printed and shipped from Australia. Our All Over Print Tank Tops are printed and shipped from the USA, and our Athletic Shoes are produced and shipped from China.

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

3. How long will my order take?

Delivery estimates include both production and shipping and vary by product:

  • Apparel printed and shipped from Australia: 5 to 12 business days to most metropolitan areas, or 5 to 15 business days to non-metropolitan areas. Hoodies, sweatshirts and products printed on both sides may require an additional 1 to 3 business days.

  • All Over Print Tank Tops, printed and shipped from the USA: 19 to 20 business days.

  • Athletic Shoes, produced and shipped from China: 19 to 24 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Production demand, customs processing and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Tracking information is emailed when your items are dispatched.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs $12 AUD for orders below $125 AUD. Orders with a product subtotal of $125 AUD or more after discounts receive free shipping.

One shipping charge applies per order, even when products come from different production facilities. Separate parcels do not incur additional shipping charges.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

Although some of our products are manufactured and shipped from overseas production partners, all customer orders must have an Australian delivery address.

6. Can I return or exchange something?

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size, colour or design, deciding you no longer want an item, or ordering the wrong item or quantity.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, email contact@ldrstore.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, details of the issue and photographs where possible.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage under Australian Consumer Law.

For a minor failure, we may initially provide a repair or another appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Your consumer rights are not limited to a fixed 30-day claim period.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

7. How do I know what size to choose?

Please check the sizing information on the product page before ordering.

For clothing, compare the garment measurements with a similar item you already own. For shoes, compare your foot measurements with the size guide and check the sizing system carefully.

8. How are your clothes made?

At ldr., we believe in making thoughtful choices about how our products are produced.

We use a print-on-demand model, meaning products are made only after an order is placed. This helps us avoid producing large quantities of unsold stock.

We work with production partners in Australia and overseas, and we're committed to improving our practices as our brand grows.

We're not perfect, but we believe in being transparent about how and where our products are made.

10. Do my items ship together?

Products made at different production facilities may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Our production partners are located in Australia and overseas.

We email tracking information for each parcel when it is dispatched.

There is no additional shipping charge for separate shipments.
